If something has not met your expectations, explain what happened and what you would like us to put right.
A concern about Fairbourne
Raise the concern with the contact named in your engagement correspondence. You can also write to Fairbourne Legal Ltd, Unit 37b Alpha House, Borough High Street, London SE1 1LB, marked “Complaint”.
Include your name, the service involved, relevant dates, a brief explanation of the concern and the outcome you are seeking. Keep a copy of your correspondence. Please avoid sending original documents unless specifically requested.
We will acknowledge the concern, review the relevant information and explain our response and any proposed next steps. Your engagement terms will set out the complaint-handling arrangements for the service you have purchased.
A concern about immigration advice
Immigration advice is provided by Skyie Global Immigration Advisors Ltd. Raise a complaint with that provider using its engagement correspondence or contact page. If your concern relates to regulated immigration advice, the Immigration Advice Authority explains its complaint process and remit.
Your rights
Making a complaint does not affect your statutory rights. The appropriate external route depends on the provider and service involved. Fairbourne is not an SRA-authorised firm of solicitors, and you should not assume a solicitor-specific redress scheme applies to our work.
