Our service standards.
You should know who is providing your service, what they can do and what has been agreed.
Fairbourne’s services
Fairbourne is the trading name of Fairbourne Legal Ltd, company number 17383440. We provide non-reserved legal and compliance advisory, including commercial contract advice, drafting and review, governance and policy reviews, workplace documentation, data protection and information security policy advice. The exact work and any exclusions are agreed before engagement.
Fairbourne Legal Ltd is not an SRA-authorised firm of solicitors. The regulatory protections attached to an SRA-regulated solicitor’s practice do not automatically apply to Fairbourne’s services. We will explain the provider and scope before you engage us.
Compliance advisory for regulated businesses
Our CQC compliance advisory supports health and adult social care providers in England. Our SRA compliance advisory supports law firms and legal practices; it does not mean Fairbourne is authorised or endorsed by the SRA. We are independent advisers, not a regulator or certification body.
Businesses, registered providers, managers and appointed compliance officers retain their responsibilities. A policy, review or action plan does not itself guarantee compliance, registration or an assessment outcome. Technical security testing, clinical advice and accredited certification are outside these advisory offerings.
Work outside our scope
We do not conduct litigation, exercise rights of audience, carry out reserved conveyancing or probate activities, administer oaths or provide notarial services. We do not offer regulated financial advice or claims-management services through this website. If your matter needs an authorised professional, we will explain that it falls outside the service we can offer.
Regulated immigration advice
Skyie Global Immigration Advisors Ltd is a separate company, number 16041071. Its website publishes IAA organisation number F202642090 and Level 1 authorisation. The adviser must confirm that a matter falls within their current authorised scope; more complex work may require another suitably authorised professional.
You can check the provider’s current status in the IAA adviser register. Immigration engagements, advice, fees and complaints are handled by the immigration provider under its own terms.
Before work begins
The relevant provider should confirm the task, any exclusions, the fee or charging basis and the next steps before you decide to proceed. No visa outcome, business result or legal outcome is guaranteed.
